Amager is changing rapidly these years with the new beach, the Metro and harbour area development. We are lucky to live in a small street of 120 year-old houses with almost the atmosphere of a village while right next to the city with a mixture of hip cafes, halal butchers and bodegas.

Travel Details from the host -> I work at the University of Copenhagen and enjoy living in the city with my wife and children. We hope our guests will love our house as much as we do with its tiny lush garden and close proximity to both city center and the beach. For some reason we keep re-arranging the interior as we continously fall in love with new (old) furniture and odd retro pieces (you will likely find that most of the time it only partly resembles the photos). Hence we hope and trust that you will appreciate our non-ikea style and help take good care of our home :) (ps - The up-side is for instance that you get a really well-equipped kitchen with fantastic espresso-capuccino-latte-facilities ;) )
