15mn walk from Le Marais also.
The space
My place is perfect for a single person searching for some quiet place, for friends willing to enjoy the atmosphere of the trendy area of the 11th, also being very close to Le Marais. The entrance door is on the fourth floor, there is NO ELEVATOR AS MOST FLATS IN THAT AREA. I would say it is very manageable as I am dealing with it everyday with my family.
In the apartment, there is a comfortable bathroom with shower, it has been renovated, 3 years ago, it is all white ad very clean!
The separated kitchen is also very clean.
There is a CAT that will not enter your bedroom. And I swear it is never smelly in my place!
