Nous avons mis tout notre coeur dans cet appartement qui sert à notre fille pour ses études. Il est situé à vraiment 1 minute de la gare part-Dieu (gare principale et métro), des arrêts de tram et de la gare routière - emplacement central pour Lyon. Idéal en pied à terre. Entièrement rénové en 2021 avec un vitrage phonique pour le confort, situé dans une impasse, il dispose de la fibre et du chauffage collectif. Il est situé au RDC (entrée sécurisée par badge). L'appartement fait 18m2 environ.

Equipé avec plaque induction, micro-onde et mini lave-linge. La vaisselle est fournie.
Une petite fierté : la mezzanine est en frêne massif fait par un artisan du coin ;-) Attention le garde corps n'est pas installé pour l'instant. Aucune difficulté à mon avis mais je préfère prévenir pour ceux que cela gênerait.
La douche est de 70×120 c'est confort. par contre l'espace wc est etroit pour optimiser l'espace. voir les photos...
