Studio très cozy de 35m2, tout équipé, situé au coeur du quartier de Saxe-Gambetta à moins de 2 minutes à pied du métro (Ligne D/Ligne B).
L'appartement est au 5ème étage (Sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble ancien, avec une boulangerie au pied de celui-ci.
Saxe-Gambetta est un quartier très vivant, où toutes les commodités sont à porter de vue (restaurant, bar, pharmacie, supérette, tabac, etc)
Si vous préférez traverser le quartier à pied, vous êtes à environ 10 minutes à pied de Bellecour.
The space
Le logement a entièrement été rénové et décoré pour s'y sentir comme dans un cocon. Il est très fonctionnel, nous y sommes très attachés, c'est notre appartement au quotidien depuis bientôt 6 ans.
