Neighborbood Overview:

The apartment is situated in a bustling chic and bohemian 7th arrondissement neighbourhood, but located in a quiet side street of Rue De Sevres, close to the famous department store of Le Bon Marché and all the other typical boutique streets of the mondaine Rive Gauche.

Walking distance from Eiffel Tower ( or with bus 82), Champs Elysées (or direct by metro line 13 in 4 stops, 8 minutes), Saint Germain des Pres, Dome des Invalides, musée Rodin. Luxembourg gardens at 1200 meter.

The neighbourhood is considered to be one of the most safe ones inside Paris.

The apartment is on 100 meter from nice artisanal bakeries (croissants and baguette in the morning!), supermarkets ( Le Bon Marche, Carrefour, Franprix, Auchan) , butchers, cheese shops, metro and busstops. Very nice and affordable restaurants also in the street itself.

The street is lively during day time, but peaceful in the night, good for a nice rest after an exciting day in town!
