Welcome to our place! Thinks have changed for us since we rented it for the first time : now our apartment is perfect for families, as you will find everything you need for a child and a toddler. We offer you an airy and bright living room with a view on the leafy boulevard, a fully equipped kitchen, a confortable bathroom and two bedrooms.

The space
The apartment is 56 sq meters of surface in total, thus it is quite confortable for Parisian standards. What we really love is the living room, bright and spacious, with its Parisian flair, where you can relax after a day busy day out in the city.
The kitchen is functional, fitted with dishwasher, microwave and electric ovens, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and soda stream. You will find also basic supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, spices, etc.). You are are welcome to use them. Neighborbood Overview:

Belleville is one of the most picturesque and vibrant neighbourhoods in Paris, with its diverse population, rich working class heritage, and lively bars and restaurants. The apartment is just above the lovely Place Ste Marthe and its award winning restaurants, and at walking distance from the stunning Buttes Chaumont Park (10 min.), and the romantic area around the Canal St. Martin (10 min.). You can walk to Place de la République in 15 minutes and to Centre Pompidou and Parc de la Villette in 30. A typical food market where you will find cheese, meat, vegetables, fish and delicatessen stalls, takes place on the Boulevard de la Villette every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Nearby there are plenty of supermarkets, bakeries, chemist's, and other convenience shops.
