The recently renovated space is an oasis in the heart of the city. It has been carefully designed so that functionality and form meet in a minimalist manner. Clear lines and industrial materials, combined with the lush garden and the view of the Lycabettus Hill and the city, create a unique living experience.

The space
The spacious studio offers a state of the art kitchen, equipped with a dish washer, stove, fridge and everything you need to make coffee, tea or a small meal. The sleeping area is tucked away to provide privacy for a good nights’ rest. In the bathroom you could take a rain shower with a view over the city. The outside sitting area invites you to lounge amongst the 40 year old trees, which, depending on the season, might offer you an apple, fig, lemon, pomegranate or strawberry for a refreshing treat.
