A 2-floor Cycladic House located on the base of a small mountain with uninterrupted views to the village of Paroikia and the Aegean Sea. The house is part of a 6-house complex that share a pool. The property is a 15 minute walk from the village of Paroikia, a 10 minute walk from grocery stores and a 20 minute walk from the port.
The spacious balcony as well as windows from practically every room offer breathtaking views of the deep blue colors of the Aegean Sea and of the majestic sunset.

The space
Located at the base of a small mountain just outside the village of Paroikia, the house offers the authentic Cycladic experience. It is surrounded by nature and it has unobstructed views to the Aegean Sea and the traditional settlement of Paroikia. The house is only a 12 minute pleasant walk to the town’s shops, restaurants and cafes via a country road passing through local farms. Renting a car is however recommended so that you can better explore the island.

As a local, I am happy to share with you useful tips and recommendations about the island for a pleasant stay. I currently live with my family in a large busy city and this is our vacation home.
