Bay View Villa is 10 minutes drive from Batsi, offering a stunning 180 degree uninhibited view of the Aegean. Private access to the secluded beach below us, allows our guests to enjoy the unspoilt natural beauty of Andros. With 2 large double bedrooms, one ensuite, spacious lounge and huge kitchen-dining area and verandah, our guests enjoy classic elegance and unsurpassed tranquility and privacy. Apologies but no children under 7 years of age.

The space
Due to the natural landscaping of the property, steps and high walls, it is not suitable for children under 7. Lots of fun exploring is encouraged for older children, with a short walk to our own spring (off site), as well as picking fruit from our fruit trees, as long as parents take care of their children's safety at all times.

Pelagaia Villas is a 10 minute drive away from the coffee shops, restaurants and amenities of Batsi. It is in the area called Koutsi which has only a few private residences nearby and the small road serves only these houses. Peace and quiet guaranteed!
