You can reach the center, aka the 1st district, in 5 minutes by underground (U3) or streetcar (49)

Access to my cupboard: My things will be stored in one corner of the cupboard- the rest is for you. Feel free to use everything that is not locked away.

Other things to note
Please, note that the bed and the couch are both in the same room. There are curtains to separate the area with the bed from the rest of the room, but for people who sleep on the couch, there is no real privacy.
