The duplex makes you feel in a cosy house !
Downstairs you find the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with antique exposed beams, terracotta floor tiles, chimney, with a convertible couch for 2 persons and a video projector to watch movies.
Upstairs you have a romantic "under the roof" bedroom with painted white hardwood floor and the modern bathroom all in teck as if you were on a boat.

Neighborbood Overview:

The neighborhood is very lively, even though our street is very calm. You can party 5 minutes away and sleep tight with the windows open !
You can be in 2 minutes on the Grand Boulevards (to have drinks, party, go to the theatre) and in 5 minutes in the Montorgueil Street (cafés, restaurants, shops).
You can also walk to the Marais, to the Garnier Opera, to the Galeries Lafayette etc. It's very central and easy to go around !
