Super charming, newly refurbished studio with ancient beams and modern amenities, situated in the north Marais in a quiet Parisian street known as "La Jeune Rue". Amazing location close to République, The Pompidou Center, the Louvre Museum, St Martin Canal, Les Halles new billion dollar shopping center and the beautiful Rue de Bretagne markets.

The space
The inside has been refurbished with new kitchen appliances, new bathroom, new floors. Also including sheets, towels, etc. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with NO ELEVATOR. The bed is a comfortable queen size bed (160 x 200). There is a washing / dryer, a dish washer, 4 burner electric stove, a microwave.

Neighborbood Overview:

You couldn't be more central in Paris. This neighborhood is in the 3rd arrondissement, bordering on the 2nd. This tiny, unique section of Paris is undergoing a sudden revival with new, super cute, modern Asian restaurants popping up among the jewelry and fabric wholesalers, along with great coffee shops, art galleries and more. It is a non-touristy area, where daily Parisian life can be enjoyed on the street-level. You are surrounded by great market streets, one of our favorite local French markets, cheese shops, bakeries, etc., on the Rue Montorgueil. There is also an Asian community here, with cute French/Asian noodle bars. The Centre Pompidou (otherwise known as the Museum of Contemporary Art. Do not forget to take the outside escalator up to the top to see the views for free!!!) is just down the street, as is Les Halles, the new billion-dollar underground shopping area of Paris.
