's Avonds gezellig koken in het keukentje aan de achteraan terwijl je samen kan aperitieven op het terras. De woning zonder trappen voelt als één grote ruimte wanneer je alle deuren open zet. De grote ramen vooraan kijken uit op het mooie plein waar 's avonds kinderen spelen in de fontein en gezellig gepraat wordt in de cafeetjes.
