Τα Δυο Χωριά της Τήνου: «Δυο Χωριά, με μοναδική θέα…»
Τα Δυο Χωριά είναι χτισμένα σε πλαγιά του Κεχροβουνίου, σε υψόμετρο 380μ. Αρχικά υπήρχαν δύο ξεχωριστά χωριά, το κάθε ένα με τη δική του ενορία, που με την πάροδο του χρόνου συνενώθηκαν.

Διατηρείται ακόμη η διάκριση “πάνω” και “κάτω” χωριού, ως περιγραφική της θέσης των δύο οικισμών. Γραπτές αναφορές για την ύπαρξη του χωριού υπάρχουν από το 1630 μ.Χ

Η λαγκαδιά στα Δυο Χωριά είναι καταπράσινη, με άφθονα νερά. Η θέση τους προσφέρει μοναδική θέα της Τήνου και των γύρω νησιών και όταν ο καιρός το επιτρέπει διακρίνονται, εκτός από τα κοντινά νησιά (Σύρος, Δήλος, Μύκονος) και τα πιο μακρινά (Πάρος, Αντίπαρος , Νάξος, Κύθνος, Σέριφος).

Η πλατεία του χωριού, στη σκιά των πλατανιών, είναι ιδιαίτερα γραφική με πλακόστρωτο και παραδοσιακές κρήνες.
