The space
The Geodesic Dome was designed and built by us with Glamor being a priority but we also acknowledge the growing interest and need to be more eco friendly therefore we are delighted we chose to invest in a Biogas System which not only feeds on toilet waste but it enjoys left over food too. It then quietly turns the mix into gas for cooking in the outdoor kitchen. Its probably more suitable to hire a vehicle for this destination although being close to the main roads there is a bus service runs from Rhodes Town to the villages of Kamiros Skala, Embona and Kritinia.
We are lucky enough to be a short distance to 7 Tavernas, all within walking distance and Kritinia Castle is only 1 km away where you will find the views and stunning sunsets.

Travel Details from the host -> My wife and I have been in the Guest House business since 2000 in Scotland but we decided 2 years ago to relocate to a beautiful Olive grove in the heart of the West Coast of Rhodes Greece and after reading so much about Geodesic Domes we decided we have found the perfect place to build one to offer something different for guest accommodation but retaining the normal luxuries offered in 5 star accommodation. Our main passion is sailing and we love the outdoor life so with our experiences in outdoor living the Dome idea developed. It is very similar to living onboard but on land which in itself makes cooking much easier and sleeping without anchor watch! Best of both worlds for us. Our plan is to increase our star rating by adding, next season a relaxing bath tub jacuzzi and daily breakfast delivered to the gazebo maybe even another few Domes. Watch this space.
