Bij het betreden van het appartement is een kleine bergruimte achter de trap. De trap leid naar de keuken/woonruimte met een kitchenette, waarin een koelkast, wasmachine, keramische kookplaat en diverse apparaten zijn voor koffie, thee en sap.

De keuken/woonruimte beschikt over een sofa waar 2 personen gebruik van kunnen maken, en er is een kleine ontbijttafel.
