Vigla is a unique ecological house built on the edge of the hills of Sarakiniko and is an excellent "observatory" on the northeastern side of the island. The house is 700m far from the beach, is made of natural materials and has autonomy of solar energy. Guests can enjoy relaxation and privacy in a magical natural scenery having access to all basic facilities.

The space
The house is built on three levels and its furniture and bathroom are made of wood, all handmade creations by its owner. On the middle level there is a small dining room with a fully equipped kitchen which runs on gas. On the upper level is a small bedroom with a single bed while on the third level, the master bedroom with the window in the endless blue and the bathroom.

Sarakiniko is located in the northeastern part of Milos, about 5 km away from Plaka and about 4 km away from the port of Adamas. It is a small beach surrounded by volcanic all-white rocks, making the landscape eerie and unique. The place got its name from the Saracen pirates who used the place as a shelter. It is said that the Saracens moored their ships in the caves around the sea, to be protected from the waves and the wind, while they slept in the recesses of the rocks next to the shore.
