The space
It is a clean and cosy private room with a double bed and TV incl Netflix. Next to your room you can find a nice dining room with access to the balcony (I mostly do not use this room, so you can use it alone), where you can take your meals. This room is also fine if you come for a business trip. Both rooms are directly reachable from the floor (privacy!). You can also use the kitchen, bath (with bathtub/shower) and toilet (it´s to share with me and my boyfriend, in case we are at home). It´s a very quiet and safe area next to the first district. Wiener Konzerthaus (Vienna Concert House)/Akademietheater/Musikverein are very close, also the Opera House, Stephansdome and Castle Belvedere with his beautiful botanic garden are reachable by foot. There are a lot of embassies and some parks for relaxing nearby. Also supermarkets - and a big shopping mall (Wien Mitte The Mall) is in walking distance (about 5 min).

Travel Details from the host -> Ich liebe es einfach, die Welt zu bereisen und konnte schon Erfahrungen in allen Kontinenten sammeln. Erinnerungen und Erlebnisse, die mein Leben sehr bereichert haben. Dabei lerne ich gerne die unterschiedlichsten Leute kennen und lebe und verbringe gerne Zeit mit "locals" während meiner Reisen. So kann man jeden Ort am besten entdecken. Das ist auch der Grund, warum ich eine Unterkunft in Wien anbiete. Ich gebe gerne Hilfestellung und Tipps an Reisende ... und gerne gebe ich die Gastfreundschaft zurück, die ich auf meinen Reisen erfahren habe und erfahre. Mittlerweile lebe ich mit meinem kleinen Sohn (Baby) und Freund in Wien. Wenn wir zuhause sind, wenn Gäste kommen, teilen wir uns ein großes Zimmer auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung.
