Corfe is a village full of history which offers a unique range of independent shops, pubs, restaurants and tea houses. It is well worth a visit!! After a visit to the castle what about relaxing over a cappuccino or a full Dorset cream tea whilst enjoying the stunning scenery of the Purbeck Hills. Last stop, Swanage, a small seaside town in the south east of Dorset. Missing you already !!

The Jurassic Coast is a World Heritage Site on the English Channel coast of southern England.

The village and castle stand over a gap in the Purbeck Hills on the route. Corfe it is essentially a ruin having been destroyed in the English civil war.
