Walking distance to the port is 15-20 min. By a gate you can walk to Krios and Marcello beach. 15-20 min. Well equipped kitchen. A/C The veranda is only for you. BBQ next to the veranda.

The space
The studio has a cozy decorated living space with kitchen. The balcony offers stunning views and beautiful sunsets. There is also a small balcony from the bedroom. The large veranda is your own private area with tables and sun beds. The kitchen is very well assorted with all you need to cook.

Great location on a private property offering privacy and safety.
There are two exits to walk to the beaches, Marcello, Krios and Livadia. Surrounded by villas. The properties are closed by stone walls. No traffic trough my property. Except me and my guests.

Travel Details from the host -> My husband and me were on a sailboat 25 years ago. We always looked for a house on the sea when we travelled. We loved Paros and found 2 unfinished houses in Krotiri. This was for us the place to be. The beaches are close, the port, the Restaurants, the main town Parikia. When our kids were teenagers they could walk to Marcello, Krios, Livadia beach and Parikia. In the summer months i live in Paros ant i spend the winter in Switzerland.
