The apartment is newly built and has an area of 55 square metres, with modern decoration and convenient space layout. It is fully furnished and provides all of the following amenities:

Our apartment is located in the "Makris Tihos" area, one of the most beautiful suburban areas of Chania. Only 10'-15' on foot from the apartment you will find the four beautiful, organised beaches of the area, one next to the other: "Chrisi Akti", "Agii Apostoli", "Iguana" and "Sunset". All four of those beaches are awarded every year with "Blue Flag" certifications for their cleanliness and safety, making them ideal both for basking in the sunlight and for swimming in their crystalline waters! You can also lay down on a sunbed, under an umbrella, and enjoy a coffee, drink or snack from one of the beach bars located in each of those beaches.

Right next to the beaches, you will find the expansive and serene pine grove of the area. There, you can enjoy a walk or some exercise under the shade of the pine trees, with sea breeze accompanying you. You can also visit the nearby hill where the "st.
