The space
Maritina Villa is located in the village Xirokampi just 20km out of the city of Chania and 4km from the long pebbly beach of Maleme. It is a beautiful furnished traditional Cretan villa made of stone and wood, surrounded by olive trees. Xirokampi is a hill village and offers a breathtaking view of the north coast of Chania Prefecture.
The villa is 140 sq.m, built on a private property of 1000 sq.m. Spend your day swimming in the private pool, admiring the view of the glittering waters of the Cretan Sea, lolling back in the hammock or cooking at the barbecue or the traditional stone oven.
The house is built on two levels. At the ground level you will find a traditional decorated living room with a fireplace, a 6 seats dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two twin bedrooms.
