The house is located in Pera Gialos, the old port of the island where the ships dock. This offers quick access to Narkissos House for guests arriving at Astypalaia by boat. The neighbourhood is quiet, serene and an ideal place to relax or even work. In Pera Gialos there are seaside cafes, taverns and a beach to enjoy swimming, if one does not wish to travel to the remote beaches of the island.
From the house, there is route that passes by the largest church of the island, Saint Nikolaos, which leads to the port and the beach ( 1 minute-walk) and the main square of Chora ( 10-15 minutes-walk) .
The house has two entrances, one adjacent to the church of Saint Nikolaos and the other next to "Koursaros" store.
