Benefiting from a recent full renovation, the property is approximately 200 sq meters in total size and able to comfortably accommodate 6 guests plus two children(sleeper sofas). Our home has 3 generously sized bedrooms(each with double beds and windows), 3 bathrooms, a large family room(with a sleeper sofa),eat-in kitchen and a roof terrace.
The space
Enter at the ground floor through the main entrance where you will find a reception area, bedroom 1(benefiting from independent access to the square) and bathroom 1(bathtub and shower);Staircase leads to the first floor which has a balcony overlooking the square centre, bedroom 2, bathroom 2 and children's sleeper sofa; Second floor opens up to the living room(with sleeper sofa)and bedroom 3, bathroom 3. The kitchen is an eat-in and leads on to our roof terrace which has 2 sun-loungers and some extra outdoor seating and some beautiful local flowers and herbs.
