Fotini’s House is located in the beautiful village of Petrokefali in the Prefecture of Heraklion in southern Crete, 10 km away from Matala. It was built in 1924 and has been a property of our family ever since.
The fully renovated house we built with love and passion is ideal to accommodate families, as well as couples, who want to enjoy their stay in a hospitable and serene environment, overlooking Phaestos and the imposing mountain of Psiloritis.

Thanks to its ideal location, Petrokefali is constantly developing as young people stay and work in the village or the surrounding area. In the village there is a Primary School and a kindergarten and the patron church is the Holy Spirit. Every year in June a great Cretan traditional festival takes place in the square of the village to celebrate the feast day of the church.
