A secluded beach, which is almost always completely unpeopled, is just 900 meters away and you can reach it through a path, or in 6 min by car on a gravel road. The sizable, ample veranda surrounds the house and has a total surface of 370 sqm. The seaside part of the veranda that faces southeast (260 sqm) oversees the Aegean sea and the backside, northern veranda (110 sqm) has a barbecue and a furnace for outdoor cooking. The 54, 000 square meters of the private land that surrounds the villa, more than 250 trees have been planted (olive trees, apricots, pears, guava, passion fruits, fig trees, pomegranates, lemon trees, eucalypts, magnolias etc), along with many bugambilias, oleanders, jasmines, roses. Solar panels can effectively provide electricity to the house. The rainwater is collected through a specially designed system and is systematically chlorinated and stored in a 200-ton, closed reservoir that is suitable for all house uses, except for drinking, for which bottled water is used.
