If you’re looking for a centrally located apartment with a cool contemporary vibe and large terrace overlooking the Acropolis, look no further! The flat is located in the lively neighbourhood of Kerameikos and has a super minimal design concept where everything is solid white – a cool and calming oasis to contrast with the chaotic nature of Athens.
The space
The apartment interior is compact but there's a large front terrace, as well as a back-facing balcony that looks out onto the mountains. The apartment also includes an AC/heater unit that quickly cools/heats the space. The front terrace also has automated awnings if shade is wanted.
The windows all have automated shutters that can be closed to create complete darkness inside – perfect for sleeping.
Towels are provided. In the kitchen there is coffee and tea at your disposal.

The area is great for restaurants with excellent choices like "Seychelles" just around the corner, as well as "Koróba," "Rakor," "Louis Cafe," and so on. The area is also unofficially Athens' Chinatown and has many Chinese options. There are also many bars and nightclubs nearby.
In terms of parking, it's free and always easy to find a spot nearby on the street.

Athens is a safe city. It has a low crime rate statistically speaking and in my experience of living specifically in this neighborhood (Kerameikos/Chinatown) for several years, I haven't encountered any problems, nor have I heard of anyone else having and such issues.
