The Fokionos Negri Avenue, 50 meters away from the building, is one of the most famous ones among Athenian people. Its fame dates from the fifties and sixties where it was the epicentre of the whole city. Today people can still enjoy its pedestrian paths, trees, fountains and plenty of restaurants and cafe terrasses. You will enjoy there a tipical athenian experience, watching kids playing, senior people chatting on a bench and plenty of locals sharing a drink, cafe or Greek meal. The neighbourhood is also an excellent opportunity to discover some very nice examples of the different architectural styles which flourished in Athens over the years including some beautiful Art Deco and Art Nouveau buildings.
