m2 traditional stone-house of Alida, is a piece of art, which adapts to its artist owner. It was built as a "kafeneio" (traditional greek coffee shop) some 250 year ago. Now renovated with respect to its special historical elements such as the arch, the pebble mosaic floor, the two "oda'" (high risen sleeping platforms) it has been transformed into a dreamlike place with unique aesthetic & contemporary functionality. A place of inspiration & tranquility!

The house is located in a charming and narrow street. Secluded within the heart of the village in a quiet and safe neighborhood, mornings are filled with light while sunsets can be enjoyed on the roof terrace with a stuning panoramic view.

The house is within walking distance from a bakery, mini markets with fresh groceries, a butcher, a pharmacy, a playground, as well as local cafes and taverna's (traditional greek restaurants).

The village of Koskinou is only a few minutes drive from the nearest beach, 6 Km from Rhodes town, 9km from Faliraki. It's only a 20min drive to the airport, and a 10 min drive to the port.

Travel Details from the host -> I am a fine artist - set and costume designer, living in this historical house. This home is a place of inspiration, rest and tranquility that you will never forget.
