It is a renovated mansion located in the seaside village of Kerames of the Municipality of Agios Vassiliou Rethymno, at a distance of 34 km from Rethymno and 4 km from the southern blue beaches.
The property has 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, with TVs throughout, the kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge. The bathroom has hot water, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Features a comfortable terrace overlooking the Libyan Sea.

The space
It is built of stone and wood with sea views as well as the mountains of Kentas & Asiderota. The house dates back to the distant 1850s and is completely renovated in 2021 having kept all the traditional elements that make it a mansion.

Guest access
Guests can park their vehicle in a free public parking lot located 50m away from the property.
However, exploring within the village does not require a vehicle.
