Margarita’s Villa III is one of the five autonomous villas located on the 10,000 square meter grounds of the Margarita’s Villa complex, surrounded by olive groves and views of the mountains and sea. All the villas are built in such a way that there is full privacy between them.

Margarita Villa III is ideally situated between Chania centre and Agia Marina town, near many sandy beaches. The Villa covers 177 m2 in three levels and can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms.

The ground floor consists of an air conditioned independent studio apartment with its own private entrance, offering a spacious bedroom with a King bed (1,75 x 2,00m) with direct access to a large terrace and the pool area. It also features a living room with a sofa bed, that may sleep an additional 2 people, a kitchenette with dining table and a bathroom with shower.
