My house has 110 m2 and is situated in a very calm area of the 13. district in Vienna. It was designed by the famous architect Roland Rainer, who also designed the Vienna City Hall. It´s the last house in an dead end road with a private garden and consists of three private rooms, a big dining and living room facing the garden, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. I live there alone but since I am traveling a lot i decided to let somebody else enjoy my home while i´m not there.

The space
The house is facing south with big windows and the living room enters the garden, which is perfectly hidden. There are two separat bed rooms and an office which you can also use as a bed room.

A supermarket and pharmacy is just around the corner.
