My place is a luxurious 120 m² flat with all amenities you might need. You will have a private room in the flat. The rest of the flat is shared with me and my flatmate.

Main train station - 15 min walk
City center - 15 min in total (walk +public transport or bike) or 40 min walk
nearest tram - 2 min walk

The Belvedere palace, botanic garden, Arsenal (museum of military history), Belvedere 21 (modern art) and Tichy (a famous ice cream salon) are all close by.

The space
The flat is furnished with a mixture of antiques (jugendstil), asian imports and modern things. It is very light and in summer relatively cool because of the thick walls. The building is from around 1900 and the ceilings are 3,15 m high which makes it all very spacious.

The flat is on the first floor with an elevator, but isn't disabled friendly as there are 5 or 6 steps to get to the elevator.
