My studio is located in a historic 18th century Viennese building, very central, Stephansplatz is right around the corner. The apartment is in the "Wollzeile", right next to the "Plachutta" and other famous restaurants. It is the perfect base to explore Vienna right from the heart. Everything within the centre is in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
The space
My comfortable flat is located directly located in the "Wollzeile" at Stubentor. The flat is on the 3rd floor in a building with a lift. So you do not have to walk up the stairs with all your luggage :) The apartment is fully-furnished and is ready to share!
After an exhausting day the sofa and the bed invite to enjoy the evening hours. If you want, you can rest while watching TV and enjoying a glass of wine.
The apartment is modern and provides everything you need to have a nice stay on 42m²!

To Stephansplatz and Kärtner Straße (most famous shopping street of Vienna) is also only a short time by foot. If you want to visit some of the sights outside of the first district for example Schönbrunn, you can use the subway and you will be there in seconds. If you need to by stuff for your daily routines, there is Spar and Billa, just in front of your doorstep.
