Our summer house is a four-bedroom villa. Set in a pine forest overlooking Chania, it has expansive verandas and terraces from which to savor the panoramic view of Chania. The house also accommodates guests during winter months.

The space
Our house is a four-bedroom home with two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living rooms with working fireplace and central heating.
It has been constructed in the '80s, it has the old flair and antique decoration as well as many family heirlooms. It is a house that we still spend our summer vacation when it is free. We love its space, the old pine trees and the tree house which is a nice hide away.
There are expansive verandas and terraces from which to savor the panoramic view of Chania from one of the most sought-after suburbs of the town. Set in a pine forest, the enclosed private property features an olive grove, vegetable and flower gardens, a lawn and a lot of outdoor space to enjoy.

I like my neighborhood. It is safe and close to the forest, so it is always cool even during the hot greek summer, with nice and expansive properties in one of the sought-after suburb of the town with nice view, but at the same time, it is close to town and enjoy the ease of the urban life, like the close vicinity to the super markets, bakery shop, local bus routes.
The neighborhood is in walking distance from the Venizelos' Graves, one of the tourist attraction of the area. There are coffee shops in the area that also provide breakfast, cakes, coffees and drinks from mornings until the evening. Some highly recommended coffee places are next and near to the Venizelos Graves.
