The space
Welcome to our place. We completely refurbished it as it was a warehouse a few years ago, so everything but the structure is new. It is at the end of a small gated alley, with very friendly neighbours.
As opposed to our other add, this is just for one of the two bedrooms, when we are living here or a friend is. In such a case you can have privacy in your own bedroom (with good soundproofing). If more than two are here, you can also use the large convertible sofa in the main room (but will have to cohabit with us in such a case).
The loft is composed of three floors. The ground floor has a single room with a very high ceiling, comprising the entrance, a music corner (baby grand piano, keyboards, drum kit, guitars, xylophone), a large convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and an office corner.
