It is located at rue Saint Lazare in the very heart of Paris, very close to Grands Magasins/Galeries Lafayette (5 min), Opéra Garnier (7 min) Moulin Rouge and Montmartre (12 min). Very well connected with Metro Lines 12, 7 and 2, all day and night buses. The area is safe, very dynamic with lot of bars, restaurants and galleries.
The space
The flat has been renovated. It's 42 square meters with a bedroom (king size bed), a living room (with a sofa and a folding bed). There is a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, electric hob, Nespresso machine, coffee pot/machine, all kitchen utensils) a shower-room and a small balcony. TV and Internet connection is free and there is a phone (free landline calls for certain countries - ask me about it). The flat is on the forth floor - there is no elevator - and it is calm and very shiny.
