This unit is a gut rehab. Modern style, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is attached and newly rehabbed as well. This apartment has it's own entrance and you will have privacy. We live next door and can always help with any issues. Laundry can be done in our unit if requested at no charge. The apartment is on a passage which is nestled between buildings. No cars travel this route. It's very calm, quiet and looks very Parisian. The 14th arrondissment is a convenient and lovely area. There are cafes and restaurants nearby. Nearby in walking distance is the area Montparnasse. It's a busy area full of many restaurants and movie theaters. There is a shopping mall as well. There are many authentic crepe restaurants in this area as well. It's very busy and offers great eating and nightlife if you don't want to venture out too far. The metro will take you wherever you need to go quickly.
