The appartement is located in rue Oberkampf, near subways (lines 3 and 2 - very practical), in a very nice area.
The apartment has one bedroom, one living-room with a kitchen, and a modern bathroom. It is trendy, well equiped and confortable. Everything is at your disposal to make your stay in Paris perfect!
The space
My apartment is at the third floor with no elevator in a old and authentic building (1900 Parisian style).
I love my neighborhood : lively, young, hipster and very central. It is often compare as the Brooklyn of Paris! There many nice restaurants, cool bars, and it is near the subway line 3 (Parmentier) and line 2 (Ménilmontant) very practical to go to the main sites of Paris (Montmartre, Opera, The Louvre...). I can advise you my favorite places!
