Iam currently living in this little studio of 25m2 on first floor
You can find a main room with a bed, a sofa, tv, table..and a small wardrobe to put your things close to mine. There is also a small independant kitchen and a bathroom you can use
It's not as well as an hotel bedroom but it's in good condition and ideal for travelers for few days. It's a quiet residence in this great neighborhood
Access: Line 9 Metro stop Voltaire at 3 minutes
The space
you can't sleep more than 2 persons in the flat... unfortunately, the sofa is not convertible and it is to small

Other things to note
i clean the flat before you arrive so please, let also the flat clean after your trip
