Travel Details from the host -> Το εν λόγω κτίριο χτίστηκε από τον Ευάγγελο και την Μαρίκα Σοϊλεντάκη το 1990, με σκοπό να στεγάσουν τόσο του ίδιους όσο και την οικογένεια του υιού τους , Μιχάλη, αλλά και να προσφέρουν κατάλυμα σε λίγους επισκέπτες, προσφέροντάς τους σπιτική φιλοξενία σαν να ήταν μέλη της οικογένειάς τους. Από τότε και για σχεδόν 30 χρόνια τώρα, ο Μιχάλης και η σύζυγός του Νατάσα Σοϊλεντάκη είναι οι ιδιοκτήτες και διαχειριστές των διαμερισμάτων. Παρ όλα αυτά, καθώς περνούσαν τα χρόνια, η τοποθεσία γινόταν όλο και πιο δημοφιλής σε επισκέπτες και η ζήτηση για τουριστικά καταλύματα ολοένα και αυξανόταν, οδηγώντας την οικογένεια στην απόφαση να μετεγκατασταθεί και να διαθέσει το ακίνητό τους εξ’ ολοκλήρου στον κλάδο της φιλοξενίας. Σήμερα, η Μαίρη και η Εύα, η τρίτη γενιά της οικογένειας, με σπουδές στον κλάδο της επιχειρηματικής τουριστικής διαχείρισης, είναι έτοιμες να αναλάβουν τα ηνία και να φέρουν έναν αέρα ανανέωσης στην οικογενειακή επιχείρηση. The building itself was built by Evangelos and Marika Soilentakis back in 1990 in order to house them and their son’s (Michalis) family, as well as to accommodate a few guests and treat them as extended family. The apartments are owned and run by Michalis and his wife Natasa Soilentakis, ever since for nearly 30 years. However, as the years went passing by, the location became increasingly popular by visitors and the demand for accommodation was on the rise, leading the family to the decision to relocate and allocate their establishment entirely to the hospitality business. Today, Mary and Eva, the 3rd generation of the family, with studies in tourism business administration, are ready to take the reins and bring a breath of fresh air into the family business.
