The 80 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor on a really quiet street of Psirri, 5mn on foot from Monastiraki Metro station and 15-20 mn from the Acropolis and other places of interest.It was refurbished in May 2018 and it is situated above the well-known store of handmade shoes, THOMAS SHOES which is now vacant as it has been reestablished a few metres further. Each space is comfortable and fully equipped.
Around, you can find a market, restaurants, tavernas, coffee bars and bars.

The space
It consists of a spacious living room with a double bed, satellite TV, an audio system and a large veranda for moments of relaxation. In the kitchen, you can find anything you need to prepare a meal, while in the bathroom there's a washing machine. In the main bedroom, apart from the double bed there's an easily handled sofa-bed and a large wardrobe with hangers, as well.
