The " Hatch ", is one of the two spaces of the apartment on the ground floor of the house. Connected by a door with "the Swiss knife", this loft (60m²/ 3 pers) is autonomous with a sofa bed, a desk underneath a bunk bed, a kitchen, toilet and bathroom with washing machine. When rented separately, the door between the two spaces will remain locked. Being situated at the back of the house, the "Hatch" has an acces that is completely independent from the small studio, which is on the street side.

Inspired by life on the sea, like the rest of the house, this ground floor loft, less than 4 km from the main square, is located in the greenest municipality in Brussels!

The bunk beds/desk below the two large roof windows, just like the hatches below the deck of a sailing ship, gave the loft its name.
