The offer is a room in a shared flat (4 bedrooms). Additionally to me you might meet my flat mate Michael and/or other Airbnb guests.

The room has a double bed (140cm) right under a rooftop window - therefore with a glance to the sky - and a closet.
The window can be shaded completely. The room is in the upper floor with the spacious living room.

The space
I like to prepare a organic breakfast for myself (see the pictures ;)) with - for example - fresh bread, butter, home made jam, scrambled eggs with bacon/mushrooms/cheese, fresh pancake and a glass of orange juice. High quality espresso or cappuccino is prepared with a full automated espresso machine (thus freshly ground beans) or alternatively tea or hot chocolate. Products are mostly organic and/or fair trade. I value good quality. I usually have breakfast between 7.30am and 9am and I appreciate some company.

My flat is very well connected to public transport, which means you get to the center pretty fast (15 minutes) where you find most interesting things to discover. Close to my flat are a brewery (Ottakringer) and a chocolate factory (Manner) both having an outlet store.
