This is a fully renovated 32 m apartment, located in one of the finest areas of the city's center. Our place is on a small calm street, next to numerous luxurious hotels, embassies, museums and points of interest. 'Evangelismos' & 'Megaro Mousikis' metro stations are within a 3 min walk and 'Syntagma' stands not more than 15 min away as well.
The apartment consists of a small hall, a kitchen, a bathroom and the main room which opens to a small balcony. The place can accommodate up to 3 people.
The space
Our place stands next to the large park of the Athens University Campus. Someone can literally walk/hike from our spot to the top of the Hymettus mountain by crossing just a couple of streets...The apartment has all the amenities a modern house can offer: wifi, satellite tv, netflix, coffee machine, microwave, toaster etc.

Our neighborhood is (due to the park) peaceful, with numerous hospitals and 5 star hotels around. The center is just about a kilometer or 10-15 minutes by feet away.
Every Friday a large local food market takes place within a minute walking distance from our place.
