The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils, sheets, towels and everything else you need for your stay in Vienna.
The house is located in the 3rd district of Vienna, near the Hundertwasserhaus in walking distance to down town, airport-train CAT, Green Prater, Campus of the university of economics and Sigmund Freud University.

The space
The apatment has a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The apartment is located in the second floor without lift.
We call it „beau bordeaux“ as the colourful spots of the studio such as Utensils, Sheets, chairs, lamps, etc are mostly dark red.

Guest access
You share a washing machine with other tenants.

We prefer long term tenants and to rent for more than 3 months. Preferable longer periods.
