Located in this groovy neighborhood, the apt is on a calm street that leads to a charming plaza surrounded by few cafés, restaurants, a boulangerie and a magnificiant Church where you can eat or drink on the stairs. And a grocery shop at 20 metres open 7/7 from 8:30 am to 9pm (very rare in France and very useful)

There is a large market (mainly for food) every Tuesday and Friday on the boulevard.

The apartment is a few steps away from Oberkampf street and Belleville neighborhood where you can find countless bars, lounges, and other nightlife. Interesting boutiques and independents shops also line the streets.
