I am the founder and owner of Pad A Terre (French registered company since 1999) through which I manage my portfolio of properties in Paris. Outside of running this business, I love art, music, good food and wine and am a committed (albeit amateur) classical singer. I buy apartments in only the best parts of town and renovate with a very clever architect to a high standard. All apartments are near key museums and sites, good restaurants, shops, markets etc. We offer the advantages of owner direct rentals within a professional context. Our hospitality is hotel standard (quality linens, professional cleaning,check-in). We comply with local authority laws and all apartments are covered by the legally required PARIS TOWN HALL VACATION RENTAL LICENCE. We are small, our service is ' personal'. The enjoyment that I get out of running this business is in encouraging guests to discover and enjoy the 'real' Paris.
