1) Late checkout - meaning handing over the keys from the room and leaving the building any later that 9:00 am. In this case it is 1000 CZK per each started hour, as this can cause a huge issue for us!
2) Unreported, unpaid for, overnight guest = in this case it is 1000 CZK per night for each extra guest not included in the airbnb booking, or that I was not specifically told about and agreed to in writing.
3) Any kind of excess cleaning caused by You = depends on the severity, but minimum 1000 CZK.

5) Smoking in the room, apartment or building in general = 2000 CZK.
