The district is full of shopkeepers with a market 2 mins ago but also nice bars and a very diverse environment. Flea market in St Ouen are about 10 minutes walk, the District of Les abbesses far from 15 minutes, as well as the Sacré Coeur.
The 18th arrondissement also count a Chinatown and an African district with their book of good addresses!
I have plenty of good tips and nice places to advise.
